The law of conservation of energy is a law of physics that states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change from one form into another or transferred from one object to another. The law of physics has proven that we are made up of energy; it has been studied extensively, there is even photographic evidence, so there is no question that this is entirely true. Our whole body is made up of energy including our thoughts and organs!
Being mindful and intentional within our day to day lives is imperative to keeping our overall health stable, but as we know, we do not live in stable times and stress factors out of our control interfere often. We are often tired, feeling “run down” and drained. We have aches and pains, bloating and heartburn. We work jobs we don't want to just to put food on the table and survive. We are often in our thoughts and trying hard and daydreaming to find moments in those days to live authentically and with joy. All of this leads to trapped emotions which clog up our energy field leading to physical, emotions and mental stress. Unresolved trauma is very commonly impacting our energy field and we don’t even know it! Our organs each keep certain emotional states and when they become overwhelmed with these traumas, illnesses develop.
Recognizing that stored and trapped emotions clog our organs and create unhealthy environments by supporting things like illness, visible rashes and mental stress is one step in the right direction. Knowing that there are ways to balance your energy is second! Stagnant energy takes up space for fluidity and the healthy body and mind to flourish. By nurturing our energetic field by moving the energy to its proper place we can begin to find balance and harmony within.
I'd like to note that our outer environmental space is just as important to keep energetically comfortable as it is to keep our bodies energetically sound. Not only can dust and unhealthy particles build up on clutter promoting illness, but it can impede our energetic field and create lethargy, overwhelm and stress.
Different modalities, like Reiki, are important to move stagnant energy and promote balance within. We can also find that keeping things like crystals on and around us can help to keep our energy field light and harmonious.
